When someone registers as a bidder at one of our auctions, or otherwise enquires about the products we
offer, we regard this as legitimate interest within the terms of the GDPR and will offer the opportunity for these
individuals to opt in to receive further mailings from us. This is rendered as a positive opt -in
and every individual mail offers the facility to amend subscription details or to opt out from receiving further
mail from us. This is strictly adhered to and all opt out instructions are applied with immediate effect.
Our Direct mailing lists, store only the email address of the individuals concerned. We do not store
